Removal from a Contest
For violation of Section 138 of the TAPPS By-Laws
Bishop Dunne Catholic School
VIOLATIONS
The TAPPS Executive Board affirmed the District Executive Committee (DEC) decision involving violation of the following governance:
- TAPPS Constitution Article II
- TAPPS By-Laws Section 10.VIII
- TAPPS By-Laws Section 130.VI and 130.VII
- TAPPS By-Laws Section 131.II.E
- TAPPS By-Laws Section 131.A
SUSPENSION
- David Beaudin is suspended indefinitely from coaching within TAPPS and is not eligible to seek reinstatement prior to January 1, 2027.
- David Beaudin is required to meet with the Executive Board and his eligibility to coach in TAPPS must be reestablished prior to coaching for a TAPPS member school.
Hill Country Christian School of Austin
