Entries

  • Team may have up to 8 team members.
  • Entry fee for the event is $750 per team.
  • Please make all checks payable to TAPPS and bring entry fees to the tournament.

Team Provisions

  • Range balls on competition days
  • One cart per team for coach
  • Boys play from blue tees
  • Girls play from red tees

Meals / Food

  • One meal per day, per team player/coach
  • Coaches may provide drinks and snacks throughout the rounds
  • The course will open the grill each day for spectators

Practice Rounds- Cottonwood Creek Golf Course

  • Call to make a tee time: (254) 745-6009
  • Weekday rates: Adults – $45.00, Juniors – $35.00
  • Weekend rates (after 2 pm): Adults – $55.00, Juniors – $40.00
  • Prices include cart fees; walking is available at a discounted rate

Team Lineup

  • Each team must submit five player names for each round
  • Coaches may change the playing order between rounds
  • Coaches may substitute players for each round prior to the round
  • Coaches may not alter the lineup order once submitted

Score Cards

  • Each player shall keep their own scorecard
  • Scorecards shall be turned in to the coach after each round
  • Coaches will submit all scorecards for the match and agree to the final match results at the end of each round
